PURPOSE:To obtain a new vector capable of being manifested in yeast Shizosaccharomyces pombe. CONSTITUTION:A vector containing a replicator functioning in yeast Shizosaccharomyces pombe, a promoter range derived from SV40 or cytomegalovirus and an insertion site into which an adventitive gene such as a gene range which exists in the downstream of the promoter and encodes human lipocortin can be inserted. |
