PURPOSE:To improve overall physical properties well-balanced, by mixing epoxy resin with an organic solvent in a manner that specified modified phenol resin forms the specified ratio to all the resins to prepare varnish, and then laminate molding a prepreg prepared by impregnating a base with varnish. CONSTITUTION:Epoxy resin is mixed with an organic solvent and melted therein in a manner that specified modified phenol resin forms the ratio of 5-50wt.% of the total weight of all the resins to prepare varnish. A laminate base is impregnated with varnish, and then a prepreg thus manufactured is laminate molded to manufacture a modified phenol resin mixed epoxy resin laminate. At that time, the modified phenol resin is mixed in a manner that the mol numbers of formaldehyde polymer forms the specified range to one (1) mol of petroleum heavy oils or pitch having the specified aromatic hydrocarbon content percentage and aromatic ring hydrogen amount value and the phenols is added by the specified speed while being added and agitated, and copolymerized in a manner that mol numbers are in the specified range. |
