The apparatus informs abnormal state through an interphone system having sensors and switches. It includes a sensor (10) for detecting abnormal state, a delayer (20) for protecting malfunction by delaying the output from the sensor (10), a latch (30), a voice synthesizer (50) for generating voice signal of alarm, an amplifier (60) for amplifying the output of the synthesizer (50), and a signal line controller (70).
