PURPOSE:To provide a DC brushless motor which can be reduced in thickness. CONSTITUTION:This brushless motor is provided with an IC chip 9 which is sealed with a thermosetting resin 10 after a fixed armature 14 formed by winding a coil 13 around a metallic substrate 8 mounted with an IC chip 9 is positioned and fixed so that the IC chip 9 can be brought to a slot section between the salient poles of the armature. Since the IC chip 9 is sealed with the thermosetting resin after the chip 9 is positioned to the slot section of the fixed armature 14, the DC brushless motor can be reduced in thickness. |
