PURPOSE:To take only nondefective articles out by judging whether an optical disk molding is normal or defective right after being molded. CONSTITUTION:A signal 8 for opening a mold is sent from a molding machine 1 to an arithmetic unit 3. An air pipe for air blowing is taken out of the molding machine 1 and connected to a flow rate sensor 2. The signal of the flow rate sensor 2 is sent to the arithmetic unit 3 as well as the signal for opening the mold. The arithmetic unit 3 finds the time when air begins to flow by regarding the opening time of the mold as zero second. It is judged from this time whether peeling is normal or not. |
