PURPOSE:To quickly realize phase synchronization of data in plural transmission lines. CONSTITUTION:A priority selection circuit 103 selects a final data of a synchronization position among plural data on a transmission line as a reference data of the transmission line and data of other transmission lines are delayed in response to a phase difference among the data of the transmission line and the other transmission lines obtained by comparator circuits 201,211 and 212 to implement phase correction thereby taking frame synchronization of the data of each transmission line. |
