<p>PURPOSE:To remove the coating of a portion to be removed in a whole area stably and improve soldering performance after the removal of the coating, in a removing method for the coating of the polyurethane wire of an insulating coated wire used for a coil and the like. CONSTITUTION:Liquid flux 1 is previously applied to a portion, from which the polyurethane coating of a polyurethane wire 9 is to be removed, and its periphery, thereafter by way of light energy irradiation, the polyurethane absorbs the light energy and is heated so that the coating can be thermally removed. Concurrently with its coating removal the core wire and its periphery of the polyurethane is covered by the flux 1, so as to facilitate solder wetting, not to be exposed to the air, to prevent the oxidation of a core wire surface, and soldering performance is improved thereby.</p> |
