<p>PURPOSE:To detect a runaway in its early stage and speedily stop the servo motor if the servo motor runs away owing to the fault of the controller for the servo motor. CONSTITUTION:The servo controller 10 which drives the servo motor 20, a positioning device 1 which supplies a control command signal to the servo controller 10, and a rotational angle detector 33 which detects the rotational angle of the servo motor 20 driven by the servo controller 10 are provided; and the positioning device 1 has an abnormality deciding means which decides abnormality unless the value of an input signal from the rotational angle detector 33 is a specific value after a specific time after a stop command signal is outputted to the servo controller 10 and the servo motor 20 is stopped once the abnormality is decided.</p> |
