This item of jewellery comprises a set of at least three rings (101a, 101b, 101c) connected together at their periphery in pairs so as to form a clip which can be threaded over a headscarf or the like. The rings (101a, 101b, 101c) are hinged together in pairs about parallel articulation pins (103ab, 103bc) so that they can be set at least in a first position in which the said rings are folded parallel with each other so as to form a ring, and in a second position in which the said rings, arranged according to the faces of a triangular prism, form the said clip. <IMAGE>
