PURPOSE:To provide a carrier tape bending device which is used when a carrier mounted with LSIs is connected to a board. CONSTITUTION:A stage 6 which holds a liquid crystal panel 4 to which a carrier tape 5 is connected and a plate 9 which holds the carrier tape 5 are provided, where the plate 9 has a two-staged center 10 of rotation to the stage 6.
