PURPOSE:To enable a driver to recognize traffic regulations of a road where the vehicle travels in real time and to prevent a traffic offense and also prevent an automobile accident. CONSTITUTION:A radio wave sent out of a position beacon is received by a radio device 16 and a sensor 10 detects the direction, etc., of the vehicle to obtain position information on the vehicle; and road traffic regulation information corresponding to the position information is read out of a CD-ROM 11 by a CD-ROM driver 12 and displayed on a display 13. Further, a traffic offense decision part 20 compares the position information with the road traffic regulation information and generates an alarm through the display 13, an alarm lamp 21, and a speaker 22 if the vehicle violates the traffic regulations. |
