PURPOSE:To achieve a joint training where hierarchy levels which a central feeder command station, a local feeder command station, a total control station, etc., control are connected. CONSTITUTION:A title item is constituted by training target system computers 2a and 2b-2n which simulate an operation of a computer system monitoring and controlling a power system actually, a power system simulation computer 3 which receives an operation control data from the training target system computers and then simulates a response of a power system for those data, and an information transmission network 14 which is connected to the training target system computer and the power system simulation computer and then transmits data from these computers mutually. |
