<p>PURPOSE:To simplify the drawing out and soldering works thereby reducing manhours and to remove the dangers of wire breaking, exfoliation of an insulating film, etc., since in the conventional method, a relay member was bonded to the rear of a core and a lead wire was drawn out and soldered to that relay member, using a relatively thin line material, so the drawing out and soldering works were complicated and it took manhours and included the above-mentioned dangers. CONSTITUTION:Lead drawing out member 6 is mounted on the side of a core 1, and a lead wire 4 is locked on the locking part of lead wire 4 made in that lead drawing out member 6. whereby it is positioned. Hereby, the soldering to the relay member is removed, and the drawing out of the lead wire also is easy, and wire breaking, exfoliation of an insulating film, etc., can be prevented.</p> |
