<p>PURPOSE:To provide a printed wiring board where terminal pads provided to input-output terminals are safely and efficiently repaired, where the printed board is provided with the input-output terminals which are formed on the surface and the inner part of a resin layer and through which signals are inputted or outputted. CONSTITUTION:An input-output terminal 10 composed of a terminal pad 1 provided onto the surface of a resin layer 15 as exposed, an auxiliary pad 5 provided to the inner part of the resin layer 15, and a via 3 which electrically connects the terminal pad 1 to the auxiliary pad 5 is provided.</p> |
