<p>PURPOSE:To make a battery replacement time easy to find and to improve the security of data by providing in the card itself the check part and the display part of the remaining capacitance of memory backup batteries. CONSTITUTION:In the memory card 1, the check part 3 by which the remaining capacitance of the batteries 2 for memory backup is checked and the display part 4 by which the state of the remaining capacitance of the batteries 2 detected in the check part 3 is displayed are built in. Consequently, the voltage generated by the batteries 2 for memory backup is constantly checked and displayed. Thus, in regard to the preservation of the memory card, as the replacement time for the memory backup batteries 2 is found merely by a glance at the memory card 1, the security of the memory data is improved.</p> |
