<p>PURPOSE:To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit in an automatic layout system where the load capacity of an internal wiring of the circuit can be changed after the layout. CONSTITUTION:The logical blocks 1 and 2 are provided together with a programmable ROM 3, and a selector 4. Then two paths of different load capacities are formed for both blocks 1 and 2 (load capacities 5 and 6). The selector 4 selects one of both paths. The load capacity of the block 2 is larger than that of the block 1. If it is desired to increase the path delay, the block 2 is selected. If a fast path is desired, the block 1 is selected respectively. The switch is carried out between both blocks 1 and 2 with use of the output signal of the ROM 3. Furthermore both blocks 1 and 2 are switched to each other after the layout with the rewrite of the output data 101 of the ROM 3.</p> |
