PURPOSE:To eliminate the unstable operation and to make the circuit suitable even for a digital LSI by forming the differentiation circuit with two D flip-flop circuits and one inverter circuit. CONSTITUTION:One output of a D flip-flop 1 goes to 1 when a clock signal connecting to an input terminal 10 rises and other output Q25 goes to 0. The output 30 goes to 0, and when the other Q output 30 goes to O, the D flip-flop 1 is reset and other Q25 goes to 1 to release setting of a D flip-flop 2. When an input clock signal falls down, the D flip-flop 2 is inverted and the other Q output 30 goes to 1. Thus, a thin differentiation pulse produced at a leading time of a digital signal at a 1st terminal 10 is outputted from the 2nd terminal 20. |
