PURPOSE:To enhance barrel polishing and barrel electrolytic plating efficiency of a small-sized lightweight component. CONSTITUTION:A surface-tension modifier is added to a plating bath carried out by each of water and barrel electrolytic plating during barrel polishing respectively. The surface-tension modifier, if added, lowers the surface tension of the water and plating bath and apparent viscosity as well, which brings collision or contact among components or between components and a medium more satisfactorily. This construction makes i possible to enhance polishing efficiency and plating efficiency and productivity as well. |
