<p>PURPOSE:To provide the process for producing the toner having excellent cleanability and electrostatic charge stability without generating the liberation of inorg. fine particles from composite fine particles. CONSTITUTION:The composite fine particles are produced by forming a uniform mixture composed of resin particles and inorg. fine particles and repetitively applying impact force to this mixture in a mixer set in such a manner that a product temp. T satisfies equation Tg<=T<=Tsp-70 when the softening point of the resin particles is designated as Tsp and the glass transition point as Tg. The impact force is applied to the raw materials while the raw materials filled from a raw material charging valve 1 are kept rotated and dispersed by a rotary disk 5 and blades 6.</p> |
