PURPOSE:To realize the delay circuit with less power supply voltage dependency. CONSTITUTION:An output terminal of a drive transistor(TR) 3 of a differential amplifier circuit is connected to an input terminal of other drive TR 4 and an output terminal of a CR integration circuit is connected to the input terminal of the drive TR 3 and an output terminal of the drive TR 4 is used for the output terminal. The signal to be delayed is delayed by a CR integration circuit and then inputted to a waveform shaping circuit. An output level VA of the drive TR 3 decreases gradually as an input signal VCR given from the CR integration circuit in the waveform shaping circuit rises. Since the potential is given to a gate of the drive TR 4, the output signal is rapidly inverted when the potential is inverted to the input signal VCR. Since the circuit uses the differential operation, the effect of fluctuation of the power supply voltage is not almost caused with respect to the timing of output inversion. |
