Device built onto a tank which allows: 1) a perfect sealing of this tank in order that the latter may be filled originally with new liquids or products. 2) the re-use of this tank for collecting the liquids or products inside the latter, once the new liquids or products are entirely emptied from this tank. 3) the use of this tank, new and empty, for collecting liquids or products inside the latter. This tank with its incorporated device comprises: - on the one hand, on one of its largest faces, a funnel-shaped wall 6, 7, 8, making it possible to collect the liquids or products, provided at its bottom with an orifice 5, obturated by a stopper 2 and a safety cap 4, which can be uncovered (13), depending on the way in which this tank is used and, - on the other hand, on one of its smallest faces, an external spout 10, through which the tank 1 is filled or emptied and which is obturated by a stopper 12. <IMAGE>
