PURPOSE:To connect a CS converter with plural receivers by way of a single signal cable, respectively, and to transfer different desired broadcasting signal to each receiver. CONSTITUTION:Converting parts 14 and 15 which convert two types of polarized waves crossing orthogonally with each other into specified frequencies, respectively, are provided, and changeover switches SWa and SWb which selectively change over the outputs of these converting parts 14 and 15 are provided, and the signals selected by the changeover switches SWa and SWb are transferred to respective receivers from output terminals Ta and Tb, respectively, by way of a signal cable, and switching operations of above-mentioned changeover switches SWa and SWb are controlled by the voltage level of a converter power source which is supplied by way of respective signal cables.
