The mixing valve is particularly for cold and hot water, a single handle adjusting the proportions and the total quantity and being coupled to the plug. This is in lever form, turning on two axes at right angles and protruding from a head housing turning on the first axis. The head housing (3) is fixed to a special housing forming a cap over the plug, while between the head housing and the valve body (1) is a sleeve (4) which cannot turn on the latter. The top part (41) of the sleeve is spring-loaded by components on the bottom part (42) against the end face of the head housing.
