A rotor (18) has radial drillings (17) containing pistons (16), the ends of which are connected to the guide shoes (15) of a lifting ring (13). The drillings (17) are connected by ports (48, 49) located in a disc-shaped controller (43) with ducts (41,24) (HP/LP) openings to the rotor (18). The disc (43) consists of outer and inner concentrically positioned elements (44,46) with high strength characteristics which clamp between them an inner ring (45) of a softer material with good sliding and sealing properties. USE/ADVANTAGE - Can be produced much more cheaply without comprising quality; gives a much wider choice of material.
