<p>A disposable safety syringe comprising a tubular body (32) defining a cavity (23) for therapeutic or physiological fluid; a hollow needle (18) fitted to a supporting element (15) connected to the body (32) in releasable manner and loaded by a spring (40) inwards of the body (32); a plunger (44) sliding inside the cavity (23) and designed, at the end of its travel, to release the supporting element (15) from the body (32); and constraint means (49, 51) between the plunger (44) and the body (32), active at least over the final portion of the compression stroke of the plunger (44), for preventing motion of the plunger (44) in the fluid intake direction.</p> |
