The gear changer having two additional speed changing ratios on 2- shafts/3-speeds transmission, improves fuel efficiency and accelerating ability, and reduces impacts in speed changing. The gear changer having a planetary gear system for offering three-stage speed changing states, comprises forth speed-changing cluth (C4) intermitting between input shaft (X1) and carrier shaft (32); primary idle gear (34) supported by idle shaft (X2) and interposed between small transfer drive gear (30) of planetary gear system (12) and primary following reducing gear (36) of differential gears (D); secondary idle gear (40) connected with the gear (34) and interposed between secondary following reducing gear (42) and big transfer drive gear (38); fifth speed-reducing clutch (C5) intermitting between the gear (38) and the shaft (X1).
