INDEX NUMBER SEARCHING METHOD FOR VTR

摘要

The method searches a certain position on a video tape more rapidly than in a video address search system by memorizing not only index numbers but also still video onto a video tape. The method includes the four stages: 1A for discriminating the mark key input; 1B for jumping to subroutine 1 when mark key mode is inputted; 1C for deecting the presence of an index number; and 1D for stopping playing when index number is absent, otherwise jumping to subroutine 2.
