<p>The thermal mounting plate (50) has a pocket (66) therein which contains dielectric elastomer (68). The pins on the pin side of the circuit card assembly (10) engage in the elastomer to conduct heat from the components (14) through the pins and elastomer into the thermal mounting plate.
