The alarm system for ammouncing the emergency state to a next- door house comprises: a circuit (10A) generating the alarm signal peculiar to each house; a micro circuit (20A) for outputting the voice of members of the house as electrical voice signal; a circuit (30A) for amplificating the generated alarm signal and voice signal; a circuit (40A) for switching the supply of power source voltage; a speaker (50A) outputting the alarm and the voice; an alarm switch (60A) for announcing the alarm signal and the voice signal to the neighborhood at least more than two houses; a circuit (70A) for switching the power source voltage supplying to the amplification circuit (30A) and the automatic switching circuit (40A); an alarm control circuit (80A).
