<p>Methods and compositions are provided for directing deletions, additions or substitutions in chromosomal DNA. Particularly, a sequence having homology to a target sequence is employed, joined to a sequence having homology to a repetitive sequence. Integration of the construct into a chromosome provides for a nested sequence of deletions related to the number and distance of the repetitive sequences from the target sequence.</p> |
