<p>Acrylic acid/ethyl acrylate copolymers, when incorporated into liquid laundry detergents in an amount of from about 0.5 to about 5 weight percent of the liquid detergent formulation provide enhanced clay soil removal performance. Particularly useful are copolymers containing, as polymerized units, from 70 to 98 percent by weight acrylic acid and 2 to 30 percent by weight ethyl acrylate.</p> |
