The poison of globefish is removed by (a) removing the blood, gill and outer skin from globefish, (b) soaking the obtd. globefish meat for 3-5 hrs. in the 0 deg.C water, (c) re-soaking the soaked meat for 10-24 hrs. in the 0 - -5 deg.C water contg. 1- 3 % acetic acid and (d) washing the re-soaked globefish with 0 -5 deg.C water for 3-5 hrs. |
