The device driven by a motor and controlled by a selection switch, automatically opens or closes curtain-type cover in personal computer with LCD panel and raising LCD panel in cover opened state. The device comprises a selection switch (3) for opening or closing the cover and LCD panel switch (4), provided on the body of personal computer (1); curtain-type covers (5)(5') coiled by motors (6a)(6b) at both the sides of the body (1); rotary shaft (8) under LCD panel (7), for raising the panel (7) and folding a keyboard (9).
