PURPOSE:To improve considerably the efficiency of trouble-shoot to hold a stable switching service by making it possible to register an optional line device or signal transmitter and receiver and recording and displaying automatically the log of transmitted and received signals only when it is registered. CONSTITUTION:In case that an incoming trunk 1 is registered as a signal observation object, a registration request and the number of the incoming trunk 1 are inputted from a typewriter 12 to request the registration for observation and are recorded in an observed trunk number storage area of a main storage device 10. When the incoming trunk 1 is started, a switching processing program collates contents in the observed trunk number storage area of the main storage device 10 to discriminate whether the incoming trunk is registered for observation or not. If the numer of the incoming trunk coincides with an observation object trunk number, an acquired incoming register number is recorded in an observed register number storage area of the main storage 10. Recorded observation information is displayed on the typewriter 12 by the read request from the typewriter 12. |
