The membrane according to the invention can be easily deblocked without having to be dismantled and thus avoids its frequent replacement. The membrane is endowed with a high dielectric constant and with an ionically doped electron structure. Either ion doping or treatment with ionising radiations can be employed for this purpose. Manufacture control can be supplemented by an electrostatic observation of the state of the membrane with the aid of a scanning electron microscope employed for charging the membrane negatively and for recording the equipotential lines whose radii are correlated with the electrostatic state of the membrane.
