Shoe structure comprising a mounting (assembly) insole (100) mounted on a heel (200). According to the invention, the said mounting insole comprises a waist (fiddle) part (100), a support part (120) for the arch of the foot and a heel part (130) having a sectional shape of sufficient concavity to receive the heel of a user, and the said shoe structure comprises, moreover, a shock-absorbing assembly (300) composed, on the one hand, of a surface (310) for absorbing vibrations, arranged in a surface recess (140) provided on the mounting insole from the said heel part and as far as the said waist part, and, on the other hand, of a column (320) which also absorbs vibrations, placed in a housing (210) provided in the said heel and passing through an opening (150) made in the heel part of the mounting insole.
