Novel charged expression and/or integration vectors derived from a Densovirus genome and including the terminal inverted repeats thereof, said vectors being characterized in that they further include at least one exogenous DNA sequence inserted between said terminal inverted repeats. A method for inserting a DNA sequence into the genome of insect cells by means of said vectors is also described.
