This installation utilizes the power in the secondary water vapour from the boiling apparatuses of brewing must. It consists of a boiling apparatus for brewing must (1), connected to a general steam generator (2), whose outlet is connected to the nozzles in the steam-stream compressors (3, 3') of two parallel, connected, steam-injecting refrigerating machines. Each of the condensers (4, 4') is connected to the general steam generator (2) by a pump (5, 5'), and by a throttling valve (6, 6') to the inlet of an evaporator-cooler (7, 7'). The boiling apparatus (8) is connected to an evaporator-cooler of the refrigerating must machine. The first section of the apparatus is connected to the fermentation department (9). A circulation heat exchanger (11) is connected to the evaporator-cooler of the refrigerating beer machine. The cold beer pipeline is connected to the department (10) for final fermentation and maturation before filtration.
