Dispenser for fatty or wet powders in regular doses. The invention relates to a device allowing the simultaneous stirring and dosing of the product by the action of the handle. It is constituted by a cylindrical reservoir (1) containing the product, a double bottom (11-12) holding a spindle (6) and the tube (5) for expelling the product, a system of rods (8) and blades (10) serving both for stirring and dosing the product, and an external handle (3) actuating the system with a return spring (15). The device is particularly intended for dispensing soaps in fatty powder form. <IMAGE>
