DRIVING MECHANISM OF MOVABLE CONTACT OF HIGH VOLTAGE DISCONNECTORS

The actuating mechanism is applied in isolators with one static and one mobile contact, rotating after inserted into the static contact. It relaxes the actuation power and enhances the isolator reliability. The actuating mechanism consists of a switch mechanism of the mobile contact (17) with an outgoing lever (16), mounted on bearings on shaft (18) and a bar (14), connected to it by hinges. Envisaged is another mechanism for swivelling the mobile contact (17). It includes a fork (20), mounted on shaft (19) to the mobile contact (17) and in a sliding bearing (21), fastened in star coupling (24). The star coupling (24) is mounted on bearings to a rotating lever (13), driven and blocked through the three arms of a basic lever (6) shared by both mechanisms.
