The device is used for education and training of swimmers in a water basin. It may be used flow-wise for training and survey of the moves in all swimming styles. It guarantees security, facilitates and accelerates education. The device allows fast and accurate regulating, navigating and adjusting the scooping movements of the swimmer during the time of implementation. The training device contains carrying ropes (1), stretched over to two telescopic hydraulic devices (2 and 3) that are vertically affixed vertically on cantilevers (4 and 5) of two of the basin's opposite walls (6 and 7).
