This device is used for distance treatment of radioactive waste, conserved in covered batteries with deep silo. It consists of a bridge (1), on which a portal (2) is vertically fitted, via sliding couplings. Between the portal's longitudinal parallels, a cart (3) is fastened, in the centre of which a tri-phase telescopic column (4) is hinged by a coupling. In the bottom end of the column - via a rotating coupling - a flexible executive body (5) is attached. This body ends in a rotating, tri-finger anthropomorphic clutch (6). On the bridge is fitted a cabin (7) for the operator, with a system for distance control, including a computer and a TV monitor. On the base of the flexible body is fastened a TV monitoring chamber (8). In the middle part of the silo bloc is a deactivator for the silo chamber (9), in which the nozzles (10), for washing with a deactivating liquid, and the drying nozzles (11) are fitted.
