PURPOSE: To disperse the transfer processing in a financial institution and to enable the fail-proof and rapid execution of the transfer procedures at an arbitrary period. CONSTITUTION: The plural transfer dispersion processing machines disposed at one host computer of the final institution are provided with transfer processing information forming means M3 which form the information necessary for the transfer processing from the information inputted from input means M1 and the fixed information stored in memory means M2 and collation processing means M4 which include the information associated with the time for execution of the transfer for specifying the time for execution of the transfer in the information necessary for the formed transfer processing and have the processing by the transfer information forming means M3 executed by determining the supplementation of the information associated with the time for execution of the transfer when the information associated with the time for execution of the transfer is not included in the information inputted from the input means M1 or the fixed information stored in the memory means M2 while collating whether the information associated with the time for execution of the transfer is included in the information described above or not.
