PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic laminate available for piezoelectric electrostriction material wherein the distortion amount comparatively gently changes according to voltage variation, and analog control of distortion amount is possible. CONSTITUTION:By laminating repetition units of structure wherein piezoelectric ceramic materials 2a and 2b whose concentrations of constituent component are different are sandwiched between electrodes 3a and 3b and compression- bonded, a piezoelectric ceramic laminate having concentration variation of constituent component of piezoelectric ceramic material in the lamination direction is constituted. Thereby the inclination of rising part of a hysteresis curve is decreased, and analog control of distortion amount is enabled. Hysteresis can be slimmed and temperature characteristics of distortion amount can be improved. |
