PURPOSE:To enhance the take-up workability of a boiling basket, and also, to decrease special restrictions for system installation. CONSTITUTION:A noodle thickness detector 12 is provided in a noodle thickness adjusting device 10 of an automatic noodle making machine 1, noodle thickness data is inputted to a system control part 20, and also, based thereon, a rotation interval time of a rotary boiling iron pot 4 is set automatically. Noodle kind data, noodle thickness data and boil-up position data are inputted to the system control part 20 from on an operating panel part 30, and the rotation interval time of the rotary boiling iron pot 4 is set automatically. In the rotary boiling iron pot 4, a rotational direction switch 13 is provided, this switch is switched in accordance with the kind of noodles selected from on the operating panel part 30 provided in the automatic noodle making machine 1 or the rotary boiling iron pot 4, and the rotation interval time of the rotary boiling iron pot 4 is set automatically. |
