PURPOSE:To allow a scratch transferred surface of a laminate to be freed of an imperfect part in the manufacturing of a substrate for a resistor wherein a scratch-finished surface of a metal plate is laid on top of a lamination material and the laminated body is heated and pressurized and then a carbon film is formed on the laminated body. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacturing of a laminate wherein a metal plate 3 is laid on top of each surface of a prepreg 4 which is fabricated by impregnating a fiber base material with resin and then the laminated body is heated and pressurized, one surface of the metal plate is scratch-finished one 5 and the other surface is a mirror-finished one 6.
