PURPOSE:To miniturize an ageing chamber and easily manufacture concrete block of every shape on the same line by stacking a plurality of retaining molds filled with concrete not hardened each other to age said concrete in the ageing chamber. CONSTITUTION:A retaining mold main body (a) is placed on a pallet (b) by a mold assembling machine to assemble a retaining mold C and concrete not hardened is charged in the retaining mold C from the hopper 2a of a concrete charging machine 2 to fill said mold C. Further, the retaining mold C is fed to the start end part of a feed-in conveyor 6 and raised by the retaining mold raising machine 14b of the unloader 14 provided on the conveyor 6. Then, the retaining mold C is placed on the other retaining mold C fed next to be stacked in a two-stage state and both retaining molds are fed in an ageing chamber 3 from the feed-in conveyor 6 and the concrete not hardened in the retaining molds C is aged to be converted to perfectly aged concrete. The retaining molds C after perfect ageing fed out of the ageing chamber 3 are fed to a demolding machine and blocks A are demolded as products from the retaining molds C. |
