<p>PURPOSE:To obtain favorable molded body by making compression molding possible simultaneously with a case of foamed polyolefin resin, by a method wherein foamed styrene resin whose content of a foaming agent is the minimum is filled into a mold and molding is performed by a specific compression ratio. CONSTITUTION:Foamed styrene resin which hardly possesses a foaming agent, in other words content of the foaming agent is not exceeding 1wt.% is filled into a mold and at the time of performance of in-mold foam molding, molding is performed so that compression ratio becomes at least 20%. Then at the time of the molding, for example, a method filling foamed styrene resin raw materials into the mold under a state where they are compressed by pressure of gas such as air or a method compressing the resin by moving forward, for example, a movable mold after the foamed styrene resin is filled into the mold is used. The title method is constituted so that as the foamed styrene resin, preferably a crushed matter of the foamed styrene resin molded product is used as raw materials. With this construction, a molded body for which the foamed styrene resin is used is obtained favorably.</p> |
