A pharmaceutical compsn. for the treatment of HIV infections contains immunoglobulins and lower molecular substances with at least one organically bonded sulphide gp., as well as conventional carriers. The immunoglobulin is of class IgG, IgA, IgM and/or IgD. The IgG immunoglobulins are pref. of sub-class IgG 1-4, esp. IgG 2a and/or IgG 2b. The substance contg. sulphide gps. is glutathione or an N-ethanoyl cysteine deriv., esp. N-ethanoyl cysteine itself. USE/ADVANTAGE - The compsn. can be used for the treatment of HIV infections to activate the reticuloendothelial system which produces lymphocytes, monocytes and macrophages, and for long-lasting regulation of the T4/T8 ratio in the HIV infections. The compsn. can be used in the form of an aerosol, intrarectally, orally or topically.
