PURPOSE:To provide a solid inductance capable of maintaining a high value of impedance up to a high-frequency region by reducing a stray capacitance between respective coil electrodes of a coil. CONSTITUTION:A dispersing agent for generating a dielectric layer of low permittivity is added to a conductive material paste for printing coil electrodes 3a-3d forming a coil 11. When the coil electrodes 3a-3d are formed on magnetic material raw sheets by printing of the conductive material paste and respective magnetic material raw sheets are combined in multilayer and burned integrally, the dispersing agent diffuses to react upon the magnetic material raw sheets so that dielectric layers 12a-12d of low dielectric constant are formed around the coil electrodes 3a-3d. |
